By accessing or using the SecuriX Agent Access Security Broker (AASB), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

SecuriX provides a security middleware layer designed to manage, monitor, and restrict access granted to autonomous AI agents via OAuth and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

3. User Responsibilities

• Policy Ownership: You are solely responsible for the security policies you define. SecuriX enforces the boundaries you set but does not guarantee that your policies are sufficient for your specific compliance needs.
• Agent Behavior: You acknowledge that AI agents can behave unpredictably. SecuriX is a safety net, not a guarantee against all forms of agent error.
• Credential Management: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SecuriX account.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use SecuriX to facilitate unauthorized access to data, bypass security controls of third-party providers, or build agents designed for malicious purposes.

5. Disclaimers

SECURIX IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL PREVENT 100% OF SECURITY BREACHES, AS AI AGENT THREAT VECTORS ARE CONSTANTLY EVOLVING. OUR SERVICE IS DESIGNED TO MITIGATE RISK THROUGH DETERMINISTIC POLICY ENFORCEMENT.
