• Log every file and record your AI reads, not just the responses it returns.
• Tie each action back to a specific user or agent identity.
• Alert automatically when something sensitive is accessed.

A clear audit trail is the first real step to securing AI, because visibility comes before control. Complete audit logging records who — human or agent — touched what, so "does anyone know?" always has an answer.
